Photography: a lifelong dream, still unfolding.

I’ve been taking photographs for as long as I can remember. Becoming a photographer was one of my earliest dreams, so I pursued it through a three-year photography program, where I learned not only how to make images, but how to turn them into stories.

After graduating, I continued exploring through personal projects. Each became its own small adventure—a way to follow a question, notice what I might otherwise overlook and discover something new about myself and the world around me. Born in Iran and now based in the Netherlands, my work explores memory, home, identity and the ongoing search for self.

Years later, photography still feels like a journey without a fixed destination. I’m still learning, experimenting and finding new ways to tell stories through my camera.
